Compressor controls include switchable Fast\/Slow attack, variable Release, and variable Compression, plus a Bypass button and a single LED for gain reduction metering. The enhancer section — a proprietary sound-shaper found on original VC3 units rather than the later VC3Q — adds presence and definition to the signal.
